Perfect little nibbles to snack on any night.

300 grams mixed nuts (if using Brazil nuts, roughly chop)
1 ½ tablespoons Manuka Health Manuka Honey (MGO 30+ or higher)
1 teaspoon good quality olive oil
1 teaspoon finely chopped rosemary
½ teaspoon Himalayan salt
1. Mix the honey, oil, rosemary and salt in a small bowl, set aside
2. Place a heavy based pan over medium heat, when it feels slightly hot, lower heat and add the nuts. Use a spatula to stir the nuts to ensure they are toasted evenly. This will take approximately 6 minutes. Add the honey mixture to the nuts stirring frequently so your mixture doesn’t burn whilst coating the nuts evenly until honey mixture has evaporated. Transfer nuts to parchment paper, spread out and allow to cool
3. Store in a glass jar in fridge. Nibble and enjoy at your ease!
